Leap Day Babies

So, anyone out there born on a leap year? Leap Years are also Presidential Election years. Have you ever pondered what it would be like to be born on February 29th? It seems like such an odd thing. When do you celebrate your birthday if it is not a leap year? Does that mean you are actually younger? :P Do you invite friends over to celebrate? But most importantly... on your 21st birthday, the age of legalization and the gateway to booze in the United States, which day is the first day you are legally able to buy alcohol? The 28th of February, or the 1st of March? Must suck to be born on Leap Day!
